These products are sold "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS". The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the product is with the buyer. We are not an insurer, and bear no liability for any use, misuse, or failure to perform. Purchaser covenants and agrees that the purchaser or his heirs, agents, assigns shall NEVER bring any action in any court of law.

Blunt Force Trauma

Bullets, fragments and projectiles that are stopped by the ballistic inserts will still transmit energy from the impact to the wearer's body. This could result in severe injuries to include heavy bruising, broken bones, blood loss, and in extreme cases, death. As stated above, the entire risk as to the quality and performance of the product is with the buyer.

Proper Care of Shrapnel Shield Ballistic Inserts ^TM

If they get dirty, use only mild soap and a wet towel to wipe them clean and let them air dry inside or under shade. Never put the ballistic inserts in a washing machine or use any harsh chemicals, to include bleach, to clean the inserts. Specifically, do not expose them to bleach, sunlight, or ultraviolet light or extreme heat as these can, and will reduce the ballistic effectiveness of the inserts.
